The information provided in these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) is intended to set out the legally binding terms between you (the visitor, user, or client) and WOOF FIT. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services.

By using this website or booking any service with WOOF FIT, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use this website only if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm, disrupt, or impair our services or reputation.

3. Services Offered

WOOF FIT provides dog walking, pet sitting, and related pet care services. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any services or features at any time, without prior notice.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, pet compatibility, and other factors.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Payment is due in full before the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, electronic transfers or cash (if discussed).

  • Missed or late appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • WOOF FIT reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Pet Behavior & Health

By booking services, you affirm that your pet is:

  • Safe to walk and interact with humans and other animals

  • Up to date on vaccinations

  • Free from contagious illnesses

You agree to disclose any behavioral or medical issues prior to service. WOOF FIT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any pet that presents a risk to safety or well-being.
