1. Services Covered

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by WOOF FIT, including but not limited to:

  • Dog walking (group or private)

  • Dog sitting (drop-in or overnight care)

  • Pet transport or additional add-ons (if applicable)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The service must have been booked and paid for in advance.

  • The client must provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your email address].

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the scheduled service date.

  • Requests made after 5 days may not be eligible for any refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Add-on purchases such as merchandise, one-time consultations, or promotional bundles may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Any service rendered in part is considered delivered and non-refundable once it begins.

7. Disputes and Exceptions

We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly. If you feel that a refund was wrongly denied, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
